This site and the app are built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Where we fall short, it is listed below with a date next to it.1

What we aim for

Every page and every screen in the app should work with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader, at 200% zoom, with reduced motion, in dark and light themes, and on a phone. We test against WCAG 2.2 AA, we run automated checks on every deploy, and a person checks the keyboard and screen-reader paths before each release.

What we know is not right yet

Things we chose on purpose

• Type is set in two faces with real fallbacks; nothing depends on a font loading.
• Colour is never the only signal. Every status has a word next to it.
• Motion is limited to hairlines drawing and text revealing, and stops entirely when your system asks for reduced motion.
• The live ticker can be paused with one control and never traps focus.

If something on this site or in the app does not work for you, write to access@mainlore.com and say what you were trying to do. A person replies within two business days with a workaround, and the fix goes on the list above with a date.

The formal bit

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA, which is the standard referenced by the ADA guidance in the US, EN 301 549 in the EU and the Equality Act 2010 in the UK.2 This statement is reviewed every six months.
