Influencer and review integrity policy

Last updated 22 September 2026.

A public statement, because the law now asks for one and because the industry's worst habits live here. We draft replies to real reviews for your approval. We never write, buy, incentivise, gate or suppress one.

Reviews

We draft replies to existing reviews, in your voice, for your approval, and we post only what you approved. That is the whole review product.

There is no code path in our system to write a review, buy one, pay for one conditioned on its sentiment, solicit only happy customers (review gating), have staff or agents review a client, or get a real review taken down. Not a setting. Not a button.1

We report suspected fake reviews to the platform through its own process, with the evidence, and we do not try to remove genuine ones. The platform decides; only the platform can.2

Suspected fakes are flagged with reasons. A negative review is not a fake review, and a review that hurts is not a policy violation.

Health, legal and financial practices get an extra check: a reply cannot promise an outcome, name a patient or client, or confirm that someone is one. The Fact desk blocks it and the approver sees why.

Creators and endorsements

Any creator content we brief carries "Ad" first and prominently, before "See more", not in a caption three lines down. Agents refuse to draft a brief without it.3 "#spon", "#gifted" alone, "thanks to", or a brand tag is not a disclosure, and we do not accept one as one.

Any material connection between a client and a person who endorses it is disclosed, whether the connection is payment, product, a loan, an affiliate commission or employment.4

We do not buy or generate followers, likes, upvotes, installs or engagement, and we do not use services that do.1

Testimonials on our own site

A testimonial appears on this site only when it is a real, attributed quote with written permission. There are none yet, so there are none on the site. We would rather show you a blank than a friend.

If you ask anyway

If a client asks us to do any of the above, we decline the instruction, and if they insist we decline the client. We keep the record.
